I was born and raised on a farm in the mountains of Colorado, so I am a country girl at heart.  I have a masters degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University and spent most of my career in the higher education field managing operations.  My husband and I have two wonderful children, who just started high school and are very active in sports. As a result, we spend most of our time at sporting events watching them play.  I am the biggest football fan there is, especially when the Denver Broncos are playing.  I love being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.

Jessica has been with Cashflow Tactics for over three years. She loves to help people accomplish their goals and strengthen their team. She is an avid hiker and foodie, enjoys being outdoors, and trying new things.

Braeden has been passionate about marketing for years, studying under people like Steve J. Larsen, Myron Golden, and Kathryn Jones. He’s usually behind the scenes implementing the marketing stuff for CashFlow Tactics… When he’s in the “real world” he loves serving at his church, being outdoors, reading, and spending time with his six siblings.

Lauren has been with CashFlow Tactics for almost a year. She loves to help others achieve their dreams and live life to the very fullest. Lauren’s greatest passion is traveling the world to see new places and new faces. When she’s not globetrotting, in her spare time she enjoys being with her two dogs and husband at home or adventuring in the mountains.

Re-humanizing marketing through storytelling has been the driving force behind how Mandy wants to serve others and their businesses. Mandy has a strong passion for impact travel, values health & wellness, and has an ever-growing bookshelf. Mandy believes everything we do is connected and each journey she has experienced has helped her to continue to grow personally and professionally. Mandy enjoys meeting new people and learning their stories, she believes storytelling is at the core of every business!

Sean was born and raised in a small town in Idaho where his family owned a cattle ranch. He quickly learned the value of hard work.

Prior to joining the Cashflow Tactics team, Sean was stuck in the corporate rat race for 12 years. Chasing promotion after promotion, only to have to commute 150 miles every day, Sean realized there must be a better way. Finding Cashflow Tactics was a breath of fresh air and Sean joined the Cashflow Tactics Acceleration Mastermind, eager to make big changes in his personal and professional life.  Within 12 short months he was able to completely change his financial outlook, purchase 10 rental real estate properties, and provide a level of comfort and stability to walk away from the corporate world and pursue a life of passion and teaching others how to do the same.

Sean and his wife have been married for 11 years and have two little boys (5 and 3). They are also in the process of adopting a little girl from Colombia to make their family complete.

Sean is extremely passionate about teaching others the principles that have set him free and enabled his family for future generations to thrive and prosper. He believes that no one should be stuck in the rat race and that everyone can be financially free if they follow the same principles and systems inside of Cashflow Tactics.

Eric grew up in Salt Lake City, UT aka “God’s Country” where he enjoyed snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and everything outdoors.  He fell in love with helicopters as a young boy and ended up graduating from the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD, where he earned a BS in Economics and went on to fly helicopters for the Navy for 14 years.  Eric left the active-duty Navy in 2015, earned an MBA from UT Arlington in 2017, and is currently a flight instructor at the Bell Training Academy in Fort Worth, TX where he specializes in training pilots how to handle in-flight emergencies in various models of helicopters.  Eric and his wife have been happily married for 10 years and have two amazing young kids.

After leaving the Navy, Eric was frustrated with his investment strategy and the ups and downs of the stock market and became very interested in real estate investing which ultimately led him to Cashflow Tactics.  He’s enjoyed implementing the frameworks and tactics into his game plan and has seen great success over the 2.5 years he’s been “in the game.”

With 14+ years of leadership experience as a Naval Officer, Eric is passionate about leading others and developing their talents and skillsets.  He was so excited about what he learned inside Cashflow Tactics that he reached out to Ryan Lee to ask if he could join the team and help coach others on their path to financial freedom and has been a Cashflow Coach since 2019.

Eric has known Brad and Ryan for over 7 years and has been with CashFlow Tactics from the beginning. He loves spending time with his family, serving those in his neighborhood and community, traveling, and spending time outdoors. Eric has been Married for 18 years and has 7 amazing kids.

In 2001, Eric read  “Rich Dad, Poor Dad” for the first time and it sent him on a quest to find financial freedom for himself and his family. Eric later discovered that he has a passion for helping people learn the principles he has learned over the last 15+ years and helping them unlock these principles in their own lives so they can have true freedom mentally and with their finances.

I have been working in the financial services industry for the past four years, and I actively hold a life license in 48 states and Washington DC. Prior to this, I spent six years working in the solar industry, both as a regional sales manager for San Diego County, as well as an individual sales professional selling residential solar systems to families. Prior to this, I owned and operated a small residential specialty skylight business in Reno, Nevada for six years (2006 – 2012). I am happily married to my beautiful wife, Wendy, who I met on Match.com. Together, and prior to joining CashFlow Tactics, Wendy and I have owned five homes and one small commercial property through both good economic times and bad. Six years into our marriage, we adopted our daughter, Gabriella, as a newborn baby. I joined the CashFlow Tactics Acceleration Mastermind in April 2019. Since then, we have successfully acquired six turnkey properties, established our first VAULT, and increased our annual savings from 10% to 20% of gross income.  We are well on our way to Foundational Financial Freedom, and I feel absolutely blessed to be able to work as a member of the CashFlow Tactics team to help members along their own path of achieving this same goal.

Dan grew up in northern Colorado where he developed a lifelong love of the outdoors. He will try most anything once and enjoys (with varying degrees of skill) hiking, skiing, surfing, hunting, camping and obstacle course racing. Dan and his wife have been married for 16 wonderful years and have 4 great kids. They are active in their local church and community and love exploring the rugged beauty of southern Arizona with their family.

Prior to joining the Cashflow Tactics team, Dan spent nearly 14 years as an aerospace engineer. The Great Recession began just months after he started working and provided him an early lesson about the instabilities and dangers of conventional financial wisdom. Determined not to let external circumstances dictate the quality of his family’s life Dan set off to figure out how real wealth was built and preserved. That journey eventually led him to Cashflow Tactics where he finally found the principles and strategies to build a personal financial system that has allowed him to start living life on his terms.

Dan is extremely passionate about teaching others the principles that have had such a significant impact on his family and showing people a clear path for them to quickly achieve their own financial freedom.
